FOR WHOM IS THE COURSE INTENDED

The course is intended for everyone who needs to know the answer to any of the following questions:

• Should a woman order and pay for her guest in a restaurant? And what, if it is her client?
• Should people shake their hands while greeting and how tight should they hold their hands?
• What colours and shapes best define the professional clothing?
• How should we hold a little finger while drinking afternoon tea?

The program is a real ticket to success, to building self-esteem and self-confidence, to realize oneself and one’s place in society. Did you know, for example, that when you first meet someone face to face, their opinion of you is 55% established by how they feel in your presence, not by what they see? Most people don’t even remember exactly what you were saying at the time, but they will always remember how they felt about you in each moment.

Graduates will receive a diploma and a personalized card printed on handmade paper after passing the final exam.
