History of the Diplomatic Protocol • Protocol Tradition and Protocol Usage at present • Differences between Monarchies and Republics • Religious, pluralistic-religious and cultural implications for protocol practice • Cultural diplomacy history and the concept of the so called soft power

2. DINING ACROSS CULTURES
Dining Multicultural Protocols (France, United Kingdom, Asia, Middle East) • the Royal Tea Ceremony

3. SOCIAL EVENTS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
Titles and forms of address • Planning for VIPs ceremonies and receptions • Procedures for the organization of visits, meetings and conferences • seating order, safety and protection • handing over and receiving gifts in diplomacy

4. IMAGE AND DIPLOMACY
Professional, diplomatic and festive image • Multicultural dress code and image management for formal opportunities • Personal diplomacy and the art of leadership 5. COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA DIPLOMACY

FOR WHOM THE COURSE IS INTENDED

The course is intended for everyone who wants to start working for international organizations such as embassies, governmental or non-governmental organizations or multinational corporations, or is already their employee and eager to increase his/her professional and social credit.

Graduates will receive a diploma and a personalized card printed on a handmade paper after passing the final exam.
